2. Services
LeakDiagnostics.ca provides commercial, industrial, and municipal leak detection and diagnostic services in British Columbia. All services are subject to a formal service agreement executed prior to commencement of work. Diagnostic reports are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection and are intended to inform remediation decisions.
3. Diagnostic Reports & Limitations
All reports are professional opinions based on available evidence and industry-standard diagnostic techniques. Reports do not constitute engineering certifications unless explicitly stated. LeakDiagnostics.ca is not liable for conditions undetectable at the time of inspection, including concealed damage, latent defects, or conditions that develop after the inspection date.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, facilitating safe access for technicians, and ensuring compliance with all applicable safety requirements. Withholding material information may affect the accuracy of diagnostics and limits our liability.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold diagnostic reports until payment is received in full.
6. Intellectual Property
All diagnostic reports, documentation, and website content produced by LeakDiagnostics.ca remain the intellectual property of AnyLeak.ca and LeakDiagnostics.ca. Reports provided to clients are for internal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeakDiagnostics.ca and AnyLeak.ca shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our reports. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
